Recently, a woman who bought a minivan for her family and was driving down the road with it when it ended up having one of the doors open by itself while the vehicle was in motion. After speaking with a legal representative that new about local California lemon law, the woman was eventually able to get a refund of the vehicle and was to get a different car to replace the minivan that had been made by General Motors. The woman was quite happy at the result of the case and said that GM was doing the right thing.
